In 2019, Raincity was asked to sculpt a 600-foot long and 40-foot high retaining wall along the highway in North Vancouver. This was a large project, totaling about 18,000 square feet and consisting of two separate retaining walls. The challenge was to make these huge walls look natural. They were very flat, with only a few inches of relief to work with, and the Raincity team had to develop a style of detailing, which when viewed from below, is both impressive and natural looking.
